• Due to federal permit regulations no service dogs are allowed in our Live Eagle Programs.

• No pets are allowed in our facility for the safety of our eagle ambassadors.
• Due to federal permit regulations no service dogs are allowed to enter any room where there are live raptors present.

• The Behind the Scenes Experience has an age limit of 5 years or older.
• Youth ages 17 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult.
• Due to federal permit regulations no service dogs are allowed to enter the Behind the Scenes area.
• Due to Avian Flu all guests must go through our sanitizing protocol as follows:
  • All participants must use hand sanitizer.
  • All participants must remove their shoes and put on our sanitized clogs, then proceed through biosecurity foot baths with clogs on.
  • Note: We will provide all items required to meet our protocol requirements.

This ticket included our Taste of Wabasha event 4pm - 8pm and an evening cruise on the Spirit of the Water from 6pm - 8pm (boarding starts at 5:45pm at the dock behind the National Eagle Center).
